How to create a You Tube account

Youtube is associated with Google and so if you have a google account, you already gave a Youtube account. 

HOW TO LOG INTO YOUTUBE IF YOU HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT

1. Go to Youtube.com and click SIGN IN in the upper right hand corner

2. You will then select which Google account you would like to login with 

3. You will then enter your password. And Click Next.

4. You will then be logged into Youtube and be redirected to the homepage. The small circle in the upper right hand corner with your initial will show you are logged in.

HOW TO CREATE A YOUTUBE ACCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT

1. First go to Youtube.com

2. You will need to click on the blue SIGN IN button in the upper right hand corner

3. Then you will click "Create account" and select "for myself" from the pop up. 

4. You will then enter all your information (name, current email address and create a password). Then click "Next"

5. Then you will need to verify your email address by checking for an email from Google in the email account you entered on the previous screen. You will need to enter the code that was sent in the email in order to verify your account. It is often easier to copy and paste the code to avoid typos. Then click "verify".

6. You will need to enter all information then select "Next".

7. After reading through the Privacy and Terms information please select "I agree" at the bottom.

8. You should now have a google account and be logged into Youtube. At this time will be redirected to the Youtube home page. The small circle in the upper right hand corner with your initial will show you are logged in.
