How do I lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Everyone want to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously and the truth is that usually when you try to prioritize both, you usually sacrifice one because the ideal environment for gaining muscle (higher calories and less cardio) is opposite of losing fat (lower calories, higher cardio).

To be more effective with both: PICK ONE and prioritize it at a time. That doesn't mean you stop lifting-your lifting should stay the same whether you are adding muscles or losing fat-but your calories and cardio are set for one or the other.
