How can I decrease my Body Fat Percentage?

There are 2 ways to decrease your body fat percentage.

  1. Decrease Fat
  2. Increase Muscle

Most women default to always looking to lose fat, when often muscle is what they are lacking. I talk about this more in depth in episode 62 on how I got a six pack. If you are at your goal weight but want to lower your body fat percentage, my guess is your next step should be building muscle.
