What are your thoughts on Intermittent fasting?
I have nothing against intermittent fasting, although I would have you ask yourself WHY you want to do it?
If the answer is to lose more fat, it is important to know that IF doesn't magically make you lose more. Eating the same amount of calories whether over 8 hours or 16 or 24 hours is going to produce the same results.
If your reason for doing it is because you like eating that way or it makes you feel fuller to have bigger meals or you don't like to eat breakfast-knock yourself out!
Just don't trick yourself into thinking it will cause faster fat loss.
