I signed up for MACROS 101 wait list, but dont want to wait. What can I do now?

You are in luck! There are a lot of options for you to get started!

  1. Learn all about what macros are and how they work to get your body to the goals you want at THIS LINK.
  2. Just start tracking your normal food intake. Download My Fitness Pal and get comfortable using it. If you know what you are currently eating and the results you are getting (gaining, maintaining or losing weight) you will be able to set your macros to be more effective.
  3. After a week or two of tracking your normal food intake. You can set your macros. You can use THIS LINK to set them yourself, or you can use THIS LINK to have a coach set them for you. 
  4. We also have CONFIDENCE IN YOUR NUMBERS. It is a recorded workshop that Amber taught. During the workshop you will learn how to set and adjust your macros. 
  5. Listen to our Podcasts! THESE are a great place to get started, but they all are AMAZING!
  6. And just get started!!! We here at Biceps After Babies love just jumping in and taking messy action. No perfection is expected! Just take it one step at a time!
