Where is my freebie?

If you requested a freebie from us and it didn't come through try these:

1. It can take up to 2 hours for it to come through. 
2. Search all your email folders and spam for an email from support@bicepsafterbabies.com 
3. add support@bicepsafterbabies.com to your contacts so it can come through 
4. If you cannot find it, and you added us to your contacts, submit your request 1 more time.
5. If you requested it a second time and it STILL does not come through, email support@bicepsafterbabies.com with the email you used and the freebie you requested and we will help you get it!
